Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, please provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. We understand that "Life Happens", but please remember that those who abuse our good grace with this policy will be charged the full rate for their appointment.

Late Arrivals

We take pride in the fact that our clients' appointments are on time and never rushed. Therefore, as a courtesy to everyone, thank you in advanced for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the schedule session and you will be charged for the full amount of your originally scheduled appointment.

Professional Behavior

Rejuvenate Massage Therapy is a professional, non-sexual therapy office providing therapeutic massage to the public to encourage relaxation and to promote health and wellness. Please understand that if you make unreasonable or sexual requests that your session will be terminated immediately and you will be liable for full payment of the appointment.
